Our Story
Welcome to Bayside Brew! A Mobile Cafe serving South Georgian Bay. After many years of dreaming and planning, Bayside Brew came to life in November 2023. After careful consideration on whether or not I wanted to flip a 1973 Trillium trailer or start from scratch and have the mobile cafe built, I am so happy I went with Nomad Custom Trailers and have the trailer of my dreams built.

Our primary location is in Collingwood Ontario but we will travel to you for your special events! You will find Bayside Brew at local markets, festivals, events and local shops around South Georgian Bay. Follow along on our instagram stories to find updates on where we will be each week.
